Dhanesh Mahtani

Dhanesh Mahtani is a media systems leader with more than15 years of experience building and scaling broadcast, live, and hybrid production operations. As director of Streaming and Broadcasting at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, he modernized studio and event infrastructure, led high-performing production teams, and built scalable systems to support complex, simultaneous productions. Previously at Radio Free Asia, he established the organization’s Taipei bureau and served as technical director for its 2020 Taiwanese presidential election coverage, advancing international news distribution and mission-driven storytelling. He specializes in translating executive vision into reliable, high-impact media operations that drive audience growth and operational excellence.
