Emmaline Theobald

Emmaline is the manager of development operations with the strategic planning team at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Her focus is on building a strong fundraising pipeline and implementing data-driven systems to enhance organizational performance through data integrity, dashboards, reports, and data visualization. Emmaline brings a well-rounded background in customer relations management, development financials, front-line fundraising, donor relations, and process optimization, with a particular passion for leveraging data and technology to inform strategy and streamline operations. Emmaline graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University, with a BA in English and minors in international relations and gender studies.
