Erin Anderson is the senior HR generalist in the Office of Human Resources at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She is the point of contact for the J-1 exchange visitor program, IPA contracts, visa processing, visiting fellows, and affiliates. Prior to joining CSIS, Erin worked in a variety of D.C.-area think tanks and nonprofits, primarily in recruiting and employee relations. She holds a BA from Dickinson College and is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)-certified human resources professional.
