Rahim Bapoo

Rahim is a managing director in Bank of Montreal Capital Markets’ Investment and Corporate Banking Division. As part of the Metals, Mining, and Critical Minerals group, he has nearly 20 years of experience focusing on clients in the mining, critical minerals, refining, and industrials spaces. Rahim has worked on a range of capital markets transactions for both companies and investors, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital raises, and debt capital raises. He has worked in New York, London, and Toronto and is now based in Miami, Florida. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
