Richard Gray

Richard Gray is a program coordinator and research assistant for the Economics Program and Scholl Chair in International Business at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). His work focuses on trade, export controls, and how economic linkages shape foreign policy and alliances. Previously, he had professional experiences at the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Indo-Pacific Hub, Department of State, and Council on Foreign Relations. Richard graduated from Grinnell College with a BA in history, where he received the Mohrman and Linnemann Fellowships for archival research in Singapore and Scotland.
