Sarah Davis

Sarah Davis is a U.S. government technical quantum programs manager for QuEra Computing, a leading neutral-atoms quantum computing company. She is a former scientist from Australia with expertise in emerging technologies, commercialization, and national security. She has previously worked in science research, technology commercialization, and Australian national security. Before joining Renewing American Innovation at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Davis worked with emerging-tech startups in Silicon Valley, conducted research at Stanford University mapping the U.S. deep-tech ecosystem, and served on the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee, identifying international cooperation opportunities in emerging technology. She holds first-class honors degrees in biotechnology and international relations from the University of New South Wales and MBA and MPA degrees from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, where she was a Fulbright and Ramsay Scholar.
