Shannon Yeung

Shannon Yeung is an associate digital content editor and producer in the iDeas Lab at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she focuses on digital reports and podcasts. She is passionate about information design and improving research integrity. Prior to joining CSIS, she designed pandemic preparedness tools at Fathom with the Sabeti Lab at the Broad Institute, developed an art museum exhibit spotlighting bias in museum acquisitions and machine-learning systems, and created diagrams for an upcoming MIT Press book, Auditing AI. She has also dabbled in digital fabrication, children’s book illustration, and paper engineering. She holds a BA in philosophy and a BFA in art and design from the University of Michigan. She joined CSIS in September 2024.
