Her work spans donor engagement, research and writing, event coordination, and development operations, with a focus on organized, data-informed processes that advance institutional priorities. Tais brings a professional background in external relations, frontline fundraising, and operations, combining relationship management experience with operational rigor to support sustainable growth and long-term impact. She holds a BS in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MA in international affairs from American University.
