The chairman of Tavana
Association in conference of “Ways of Entrepreneurship” at Azad university of
Buin Zahra said: it is not fair that capitalists make a profit/drive a benefit
and youth suffer from addiction and unemployment!!!
The chairman of Tavana
Association in conference of “Ways of Entrepreneurship” which was held at Azad
university of Buin Zahraat Khordad4th by presence of Rooholah Babayi Saleh, the
member of parliament from Buin Zahra in 10th round of the parliament, Dr. Reza
shaaban Nejad, the head of the university and numbers of professors and
students of the university presented/described his viewpoint on ways of
entrepreneurship, divine capitalism and human resources management.
Reported by Peik Tavana, in this conference, sayed Mohammad Mousavi mentioned
his concerns to change people’s attitude to disability as the most important
base of his activities. He expressed that our main goal/aim in entrepreneurship
for people with disabilities is to create a model, so in one hand officials
find out how important/essential it is to prepare/pave the way for people with
disabilities and help them to know and reinforce their abilities and talents;
and on the other hand public will modify their attitude/opinion to disabled
people when they see their ability in industry and production.
The chairman of Tavana
association stated: I have dismissed using automation machines and packaging
devices in my factory/complex in order to provide more job positions for people
with disabilities who look for jobs. I pass up my profit; so that blind youth
or young people with spinal injuries who cannot even watch TV or go through
parks to spend their times can have a job and earn money/salary.
The executive secretary of
national disability NGOs’ consultation pointed out: unemployment is the dilemma
of our society. It is not fair/right that capitalists makes more profit and our
youth tend to addiction, divorce, depression and immorality.
He added/continued: some of the
capitalists see the profit as a total monetary thing, but the main profit is a blessing
the god gives to our money. The god grants/allocates more blessings and profits
to organizations that pass up their profit in exchange for providing more job
positions for oppressed and marginalized groups of society.
This disability rights activistsaid:
industry owners are still hesitated to employ disabled people and believe they
do not have enough output in production system; while according to the
biometric unit of University of Hamedan, in Firooz factory/Complexpeople with
disability have the highest rate of output and efficiency.
Mr. Mousavi underlined that
financial capitals should be considered as national capitalslike the mountain,
the sea and other natural and social resources; and continued in the Islamic
viewpoint capitals belong to all people and everyone has a share of it; so that
Imam Ali for example had devoted a water-well before its water flowed.
The national’s premier
entrepreneur stated: our methods of capitalism should not be like/accord to
methods of capitalism in the west and imperialism. In the today world a divine
capitalism is forgotten.
The general manager of Firooz Hygienic Group declared: I am not an
entrepreneur, but my organizations consists of a group of powerful and idealist
managers; it is a value maker organization and entrepreneurship is a small step
taken by that
Mr. Mousavi asserted that
limitations cause people to innovate; so they make machines and aircrafts… and
if we consider it well people turned to be makers because of their limitations.
In response to this question: why the more limitations disabled people have the
less creative they are? He said: that is because in our country, there has been
less attention to people with disabilities and to provision of suitable bases
for them to reinforce their talent and abilities. They are always looked
down/considered as a good with a defection; and it is ignored that the
essential/main parts of everyone’s personality is his/her thought not his/her
body.
The
chairman of Tavana association also put an emphasis on the important role of
families and their perspectives in their children’s mental and physical growth.
He said my mother played an effective and crucial role in reinforcing my
talents and my rehabilitation. She treated me a way I did not feel my
disability and thought every situation could be modified for me; that was the
biggest thing my mother gave me that later on was the base of my efforts and
successfulness.
